I am using Note 9, i am not able to access files that i have stored in cloud, when i open samsung cloud from settings it just shows i have used 9gb out of 15 but i cannot see the files. someone please help.

you need to first restore all data from cloud into your phone storage

but this problem started a month or 2 i think, before that i could see files in cloud and download also but now i am not able to see it..

download microsoft onedrive and link samsung cloud to onedrive to see your data

one drive is only free for 1 year thats why i didn't try to switch it, i am already getting notifications when i open cloud to switch

please take a look at that screenshot i have posted and tell me what is the issue and please let me know if you can access your cloud..one month before it was fine i don't know what happened now its just showing 9gb used iam not able to open it

By seeing how Samsung and Microsoft partnership is going , I feel Samsung cloud will be shut down soon in favour of Microsoft One Drive.
You better start moving stuff to alternate location.

yes i will move it but how am i suppose to do that i cant even see my files, its just showing 9gb used out of 15
