Dear All,

i recieved S23 Ultra as a preOrder which had a complimentary 2 year samsung Care+.

however when i registered, its showing me only 1 year. how would that change?

kindly help.

One more thing buying a preordered device us $250 more expensive than market price and they got ut faster than us what a shame . Will never preorder again.

I got the email this morning that my Samsung care + has been activated for 2 years cover .

even i recieved an email just now, infact 2 emails. one is to cancel the insurance and then i recieved another one for the samsung care+
can u tell me how to check the coverage? like how many year or something?

There is pdf attached to the mail stating full information about the coverage

Go to Samsung member app , press support , scroll down you will see the Samsung care + status over there .

yea i got it, i called samsung gulf. they said even if you have activated, if you are eligible for preorder offer, we will cancel it and renew your plus membership. and it was done even before the call.
