Hello Samsung C9 users, fellow C9 user here.
Read a lot of intruging and harsh comments on C9 pro.
1) For slow charging issue, please make sure you keep your phone idle while charging. C9 pro uses fastcharging and its normal to have heating issues while charging
2) About the updates, the current version of the OS is still not stable to the extend at which it can give you the best of its hardware abilities. I am sure the developers are working the best to rectify the same. As soon as thats done the OTA updates will be rolled out with latest updates. You can enjoy your C9 pro at its best.
Having both s6 and s7, I still am a huge fan of C9 pro :)
