Sir, Do your phone has tempered glass??
Because sometimes the phone which has in-display fingerprint scanner can't scan finger. (I'm still not sure about the problem)

actually Samsung phone does not working properly indisplay fingerprint. i am facing the same problem in samsung a 50.
