Plug in your charger cable and see if the screen shows the charging animation

Hi Martian07
Understood. Let’s treat this as a hard-power / boot failure after forced shutdown during SIM/PUK entry. That can put Samsung devices into a stuck power state, but most cases are recoverable.
Work through these in order — do not skip steps.
1. Force-reboot properly (long hold — not short)
A quick press won’t work if it’s frozen.
Hold Power + Volume Down together
Keep holding for at least 20–30 seconds
Ignore anything on screen — keep holding even if it vibrates once
If the phone is just in a deep freeze, this should trigger a reboot.
If nothing happens → continue.
2. Charge check (very important)
If the battery drained during the bug/PUK screen, the phone may be fully flat and appear dead.
Plug into a wall charger (not PC)
Use original or high-watt Samsung charger if possible
Leave it 20 minutes minimum
While plugged in, hold Power + Volume Down again for 20 seconds
Look for:
Charging icon
Vibration
Screen flash
No sign at all → continue.
3. Try booting into Recovery Mode
This bypasses normal startup and checks if the phone is alive.
Plug phone into a charger or PC
Hold: Volume Up + Power
Keep holding until Samsung logo appears
Release only when recovery menu shows
If recovery appears:
Choose Reboot system now
If it keeps failing:
Choose Wipe cache partition (safe, does NOT delete data)
Then reboot
If you cannot reach recovery at all, continue.
4. Try Download Mode (hardware test)
This confirms whether the phone still powers electrically.
Plug into PC
Hold Volume Up + Volume Down
While holding both, plug USB into phone
See if download screen appears
If download mode appears → device is not dead, just stuck.
5. Possible cause
From your description:
You were entering PUK
Phone bugged/froze
You forced shutdown
Now won’t boot
This can cause:
Bootloop freeze
System crash during SIM unlock
Rarely: firmware corruption
But most likely it’s just stuck in a deep power state.
6. Last at-home attempt (battery reset simulation)
The S25 Ultra has no removable battery, so we simulate disconnect.
Plug charger in
Hold Power + Volume Down for 40 seconds straight
Do not release early
Try twice.
7. Important question
Answer these so I can diagnose precisely:
Does it vibrate at all when holding power?
Any logo flash?
Does PC detect it when plugged in?
Was battery low when this happened?
Did it feel hot during the freeze?
8. If absolutely no response
If:
No vibration
No logo
No charging icon
Not detected by PC
Then likely:
Battery fully drained and not waking
Charging port issue
Hardware protection lock
At that point it needs a service centre battery wake / reflash. Data is usually still safe.
Do NOT
Keep randomly pressing buttons
Try many chargers rapidly
Attempt factory reset yet
Panic — this is usually recoverable
