I’m writing to request a small yet impactful feature that would greatly improve the user experience with Samsung Keyboard — the addition of a “Case Converter” option.
This feature, similar to what’s available in Gboard, allows users to quickly switch selected text between lowercase, UPPERCASE, and Capitalized Case with a simple shortcut. It saves time, improves accuracy, and enhances typing efficiency.
Currently, due to the absence of this feature, many users — including myself — are switching to third-party keyboards like Gboard just for this convenience. As loyal Samsung users, we would love to continue using Samsung Keyboard as our primary input method, but productivity tools like this make a big difference in daily usage.
We believe this small enhancement could have a big impact on user satisfaction and productivity.
