Regional lock on apps

Why certain apps have regional lock, as examples Good lock and it's related apps, secret share app, secure WiFi, keys cafe, theme park, etc. Theses are great apps to customise the phone yet not available here at Sri Lanka. Why this unfairness? Thanks

Dunno why samsung is so biased about these kinda things. Anyway, you can bypass regional lock & sideload these apps via nicelock & nicelock companion app.(except one or two modules)

I'm not sure why. But you can bypass with a VPN except for some preloaded features.
