I have filled the form to redeem buds gift through Samsung app ( in this app). How to know the status? How long doest it take to receive to redeemer?

I realized it had opened in Samsung browser not chrome. I tired again in chrome and it accepted the code and also gave confirmation. Hopefully I'll get a call soon

I have filled & submit form at date 12 Mar. Mobile sim inserted date is 24 Feb. How long wl it take to receive call or whatever their procedure is...?
