Recycling bin

Why does my recycling bin say it empty but it says  28.6GB under it as if there's staff to be deleted while there's nothing? On A32

Anyone knows this?

Go back to analyse storage - recycle bin [gallery], that should show you what is there.

Look at that, on the outside it says it consumes that size, but inside it empty

I think it is because you did not approve all required permissions for your apps storage to properly show that is why there is an "i" by Apps and the info that should have been there, instead shows by Recycle Bin when it is empty.
