Kindly fix my problem in the proximity sensor s10+ as i found it from 1st day i got the phone its slower than other phones like note 9 its taking about 1 second to switch off screen and some times screen will hang on black screen and it will not work unless u will wipe the place of the proximity sensor, note that i am not using any screen protector.
I tried same models s10+ and the surprise was that they have same issue in the proximity sensor, i think this issue is common for all s10+ and samsung should reply and answer for this issue.
I tried proximity sensor on note 10+ since it has same technology of proximity sensor behind screen and it was working perfect, i think samsung knows that there is issue in the proximity sensor in all s10+ and they fixed it in the note 10+.
Samsung should find solution for all s10+ users of proximity sensor otherwise they will lose their customers.
