Worst ever experience I ever had! the delivery boy didn't delivered me the product i paid for ,he is saying the number i entered was wrong.Ok i have every proof that iam the one who paid for the product and yet he didn't delivered the product in the name of otp.
What a lame and disrespectful reasons to not deliver the product and insult customer.
And you people of samsumg are torturing the customers patience with automated bot messages, instead of giving answers and finding solutions.

They say Cancel the product and order new ,and the refund process takes 10 days,
And the cancelation request still not approved,i dont know they kidding or what.
