Problems in f62 I facing

1 no security update from last two months 
2 camera application always closing
3 less camera quality in night mode
4 sometimes facing heating problem
5 battery is not coming much longer in normal use also
6 no prepaid recharge option in samsung pay
7 many times transaction fails in samsung pay
8 bixby is working as much excepted
 I talk with customer service many times by using smart tutor app but my problems not solved

Galaxy f62 comes under quaterly month update, means security updates comes after every 4th month.
