Problems Samsung power bank EB-P1100C

Bought new few months back hardly charged my phone 5 to 10 times now all of a sudden all the power bank lights are blinking and not charging the phone or even the power bank itself.Searched for solution but havn't find any. I think i am again  wasted my money on samsung products.
