Problem: Modes and routine not working

Is anyone facing issues with mode and routine not Working only for smartthings routines and devices. 

I tried resseting, re creating routines, etc etc still out doesnt work for smart things. In smartthings app all devices are working.

We would like to ask for clear cache the smart things app from the settings > apps > smart things app > storage > clear cache. Also, you should make sure that the app is updated to the last update.
