Please provide Samsung theme and AOD for Tab-s3

Thank you Samsung for providing oreo update for Tab s3 in INDIA, however we are missing these two options, could you please provide us SAMSUNG THEME STORE and Always On Display for samsung Tabs, we almost keep same theme for our entire life, please give us options at least an option to change the theme, wallpaper and icons from samsung theme store.
