Pinch to zoom isn't working in my Galaxy A70 while watching YouTube videos

it's default in Samsung galaxy devices which are having the option of full screen apps in display settings.....then if you open YouTube then first time automatically the settings of full screen zoom in and out will come ..you have to activate that by ok those settings...then you can perform it

Turn on auto fill zoom option and then perform reset apps preferences and try again..

it works sometimes but most of the time it isn't..
It was working fine like until a couple of weeks before..

Clear youtube cache/data
or
perform reset apps preferences
settings>applications>click 3 dots top right corner>select reset apps preferences
