I have a problem with my galaxy buds live, the one side just stopped working and I don't know why. 😕 Time it doesn't even want to charge when it's in the case anymore. 🙄

Try resetting them on the samsung wearable app,or alternatively take it back to any samsung store. Also try long pressing on the dead bud
