Sometimes its just app, in that case, Clear cache and data of camera and gallery app, if that doesn't work try factory resetting it.
Or, you might have dropped your phone or any liquid damaged your camera (highly unlikely to happen but happened to me) and he sensors won't work, in that case go to Samsung Care Center and replace the Camera Sensors.
