Phone hanging

I'm using Samsung A80 model & for Las 4 5 days my phones touch is not working properly it stops working then I have to lock my phone & unlock it again so that it can work properly.

Since the issue gets temporary fixed than this could be a bug or a glitch otherwise a 3rd party app causing the issue.

1. Boot in safe mode if the same issue persist than follow the steps below.
2. Backup your data using SmartSwitch
3. Format your device entirely
