Pathetic Samsung TV experience.. (Hindi Video)

Recently I purchased a samsung tv 43inch aue70 series from samsung official website.

The tv was installed at my place but i noticed there were black patches on the screen.

I reported it to samsung their service engineer came and saw.. he even took photographs of it and went.

Now its been more than 10days.. No answer from samsung...

Worstly i made a second call and realized..
1. They dont have a SOP towards issue resolving in a timely manner.
2. Their call center people are on a different planet and have absolutely no update what their backend team is upto.
3. Their local angencies have no idea what their QNA team is upto..
4. Their QNA team is again on a different planet and have absolutely no idea what their local engineer is upto..

 but for now hear first call conversation .. pathetic aftersales..
