Nothing insofar for Note 8. so much useless advertising by Samsung for being business smartphone yet it easily the worst flagship in the market in terms of the support. this is one of the reasons our Corporate IT has started recommending ios devices or Pixel devices recently. it is because otherwise security is non existent. Google patched 200 + vulnerabilities in September and October yet Samsung dares not to even bother to update Note 8, while updating all cheap or older phones. it shows lack of vision and strategy and a simple reason why it will never be Apple. moreover, Google has now all the chances to become Apple of the premium Android segment. Because software is as if not more important than hardware today. Samsung just can't give its Notes customers a break. first we had blowing up Note 7, now we have Note 8 with obsolete software support. never ever I will buy such product with such substandard support, where I get security patches with 4 months delay in a fashion similar to Chinese cheap brands.
