I have already had Camera Roll upload on OneDrive enabled, where OneDrive would automatically upload the images on my device.

This is before activating Gallery Sync.

The images that are uploaded from OneDrive are uploaded to a single folder. Tens of thousands of images in one folder, undivided.

I thought that Samsung Gallery sync would fix that and I was led to believe that the integration with OneDrive would mean that my images would be organised the way that they are in my gallery. By albums and such.

However, I have activated Samsung Gallery sync, and nothing has changed in my OneDrive interface. No albums, nothing new, just one big messy folder of tens of thousands of images in no particular order.

Not to mention that not all images are uploaded either.

I called the number, but they told me that they do no cover my location.
They told me to call the international number, they have provided me with the international number (after waiting 11 minutes while they tried to figure out where I should go) which was:

+1 800 888 9999

I am being completely serious when I say that I was surprised to find out that it is an **bleep** phone line.

I have contacted my local Samsung support line 2 days ago, and today they have responded to me with an expert, who has told me that this problem is not their concern and that I should seek Microsoft's help.

Edit: please advise

Hey there, It sounded so relevant to me. I have contacted the one drive support just for you, two days before and recieved this reply (Only solution is to create one drive albums). Any way I have forwarded a request to consider it in the future updates.
Here is their reply. If you are busy, just go through the last two paragraphs. Thank you.

[Hello there,
Thank you for contacting OneDrive support.

Please enable the automatic camera upload in OneDrive app settings. Follow these steps:

In the OneDrive app, tap the Me icon at the bottom of the app.

Tap Settings then Camera upload.

Important: Camera Upload can only be used on one account at a time. If you are also a OneDrive for work or school user, select the appropriate Camera upload account.

Set Camera upload to On.

To include folders such as Screenshots, tap Additional folders and switch on all the folders to be included to your Camera roll.

To make sure videos automatically upload, turn on Include videos.

The camera roll on your device only uploads to OneDrive - it does not sync photos both ways. That means you can delete uploaded photos and videos from your device, and the copies in OneDrive won't be affected.

Note that the Camera upload do not upload albums but uploads pictures. So if you look for an album in OneDrive, you will not find the same album as on your phone. You will have to create albums on OneDrive and add the pictures that were uploaded to OneDrive.]
