Yes you can, few banking apps and good lock modules aren't working cause it's slightly buggy in some regions but overall it's a good update with latest security patch.

We cannot do anything about it Samsung will later on push beta updates to fix it

If you are so worried about bugs in beta version, dont go for it. It will have a few bugs and you would be opting in with the expectation of the same. If this is your primary phone, then think twoce before opting in.

If S23U is your primary device then its better to Avoid. however if you wish u can download because its relatively good since its beta 2
if you have any secondary device too then please update and help others for a better one ui experience
