S10 lite and Note 10 lite devices will get the update, its already rolling out in Germany, and soon be rolling out to other regions.

Spain got the update. India is yet to get soon with April security patch. May be after 2 months.

No updates for S10 Lite in Turkey as of January 2020. N9 security patches, UI is still 2.0. Nothing.
