All steps are required and must.

First you need to have U1 firmware.
The One with U firmware wont be getting beta.

You can easily flash U1 firmware from odin and samfirmware. USE HOME CSC while flashing so data and apps remain as it is.

Remove PHYSICAL SIM CARD. Samsung members wont shift to US content.

Then get a US E-SIM FOR FREE
I used free google FI ESIM for 7 days register and download in US region.

Get a US vpn connected. I used windscribe moded apk.

You samsung account should be on USA region you can change the region on samsung account by loging in on samsung website.

Then Clear data for samsung members.

Open members and login via smasung account.

At this point samsung members should display the US content.
There should be a banner of beta signup enroll in it.

Check for updates manually after 5-10 mins you should receive the update.

Thats what i did as work around.

You can also do and adb sideload members are posting links for devices i can provide for G996U1 S21+.
