Dear Samsung,

I have been a dedicated customer of Samsung products and using note 20 ultra from last 2 year's has been an amazing experience. However, due to recent software update, I have got a green line on my phone display which is obviously not a new issue after researching on different forum that how majority of the samsung user have similar issue. It's very disappointing that Samsung don't want to address this issue and want customers to pay and get it fixed. I have no problem in fixing my phone but for sure this made your multi million dollar company lose one client who will never encourage any new user to go with Samsung products #Samsung

Totally agree with you. I faced blank screen (completely black) issue on my S22 ultra after August 2023 security update(just 1 year 4 months old phone) .Not a single scratch mark anywhere on the phone but still Samsung rejected the free replacement saying out of warranty. I had to pay around 22k to get it replaced. I don't recommend buying expensive phones if you are tight on budget or don't use every feature of the phone to the fullest. Now a days big companies like Samsung are spoiling the flagships with updates.

It's understandable that it is an electronic gadget and may have issue but Samsung ignoring the issues and letting their customer pay for their experiment doesn't justify. But, happy to see the reality before buying the upcoming device.

Please complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. Thanks.

With all due respect, i spoke to your customer service team and they mentioned that they can't do anything as for note 20 ultra the last date was 31st December to fix any issue caused by software. So, now i have to pay for the same which is not an issue but what guarantees that i can get, in next software update I will not have the same problem? If the Samsung Team understand, it's not about money issue, it's trust issue and i have decided not to buy any Samsung products here after nor advice anyone to choose Samsung product, if this is how they have after sale service. Thanks!

Dear Samsung Customer Care,

I have visited your official service centre and what surprise he is after surprising with the price to fix the display (which is not my fault and caused by your software) your team is hesitating to even give a year warranty for the display 🤣being a samsung user throughout the journey, my this experience made me realise that it was a big mistake choosing samsung and having such a bad service.
For sure, this was my last samsung device as for me the company lost it credibility.
