Note 10+ Dual Messenger Problems

My Dual WhatsApp is giving me troubles. I cannot take pictures/make videos while inapp. I cannot share anything from the gallery. The gallery folder is not updating at all. Whatever is in chat, it is there. In addition , half of it cannot be forwarded or shared.

My WhatsApp are not backing up (both).

Pls check other open threads on same issue. Many are facing same. Samsung has said that this is from whatsapp which should be solved by update. Else take your phone to nearest service centre.

Hi,

The issue caused in Dual WhatsApp as recently WhatsApp upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.

Due to this change, Dual Messenger didn't sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem.

Samsung is trying to solve the problem quickly by contacting WhatsApp team.
