Not getting volte for dual sim for my Samsung f41 handset

Hi shashank here as I'm using Samsun f41 handset using airtel slot 1
And vi for slot 2
As getting 4g volte option enabled(sign showing) only for slot 1
But not getting volte sign for slot 2 vi sim as i was raised same concern with network operator they have informed you need to get in touch with handset manufacturer however i have checked in another handset there's volte working perfectly for my vi sim
I have also changed(simex) my sim card from nearest vi store but still my samsung f41 handset not showing volte sign please help me..

Network mode should be set to LTE (Auto-Connect)
1: Set the networking mood-
Path: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network mode SIM1/ SIM2 LTE/ 3G/ 2G/4G (auto connect).

2: Reset the network settings-
Path: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset network settings

3: Reset settings-
Path: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset settings

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
