No rewards point and false ads about rewards

I pre-order S24ultra,delivered on 4.02 and until now I don't received my rewards, nobody was able to fix this problem only unprofessional staff. Spoke twice one in SansungWhatsApp and once in samsung chat,asked about my rewards and I received 2 stupid answer 1-to read the term and cond..and 2-after 20 days for UAE.The samsung ads for rewards is false and nobody will fix this problem they will look/serch for different reasons not to receive nothing.

The points and SC+ should be received within 2 to 3 weeks from the delivery date.

They said after the order is completed and after 14 days it should received the point rewards...but in my case already passed 21 days(3 weeks) since received/ completed my order

I received mine after 14 days. I think it's after the return period is over. But you need to have a samsung membership before you buy the device to qualify for the points. There are different categories of membership with beginners starting with blue membership. All membership are free, and other membership gets unlocked as you buy more products from the official website
