I recently got the Spatial Audio update on the Sony wh1000Xm5 and realized Samsung phones do not support this Android feature. Extremely disappointed about this because Samsung doesn't have comoeting headphones and even on my earbuds I need multipoint to work with my work laptop and phones/tablets: even this feature the Galaxy Buds don't have but my Pixel Buds Pro do.
Thoughts from the community on whether we will ever see the default Android Spatial audio feature implemented on Samsung phones?

Doesn't matter. Samsung doesn't support the Android 13 head tracking because it has its own custom solution so that it can only work with its own Galaxy Buds. Acting a lot like Apple in this regard.

Yeah why not?Samsung use its custom skin named One UI not the pure android. So on their skin they will use a android feature or not it is upto them only.

It's not a bummer. It's unethical and evil like apple. I'll be selling my s23 ultra just for this and get something else. I'd rather go with apple than go for android's apple if I like to be treated with no options
