New software of Galaxy A50

Hi, which type of update are you talking about? I believe your phone has the One UI update, if you are talking about the monthly update it should be arriving soon to your device.

That's strange. A50 received july patch in other regions, go to settings > software update > turn auto download over wifi.
Then restart your phone and go to download and install and search for the update.

Just wait and try for some a few more days otherwise try contacting Samsung, go to Samsung members main page > get help.

I contacted Samsung through chat support for the same problem.
I also have an A50 from the UAE updated with the May patch.
In India the July update has already been released.
Assistance answered me that currently there are no updates for the country of my smartphone and that I have to wait.
probably, once the August update is out, we receive the June update!
I hope it will be released by the end of the year! 🤪
I have always prefered Samsung rather than iPhone.. but at least with iPhone updates come out for everyone!
I'm really desperate! 😭
