Since BAs have been asked to speak on what feature of Samsung Members they like the most, I will take this opportunity to speak on the Community section, which is by far my favourite.
My first post from August 2017, immediately after android 8 (Oreo) was announced by Google.
On introspection, my journey with Samsung Community has been a long one. I moved in here from the 1+ community after I bought an S7 Edge and an update automatically added Samsung Members to my phone.
In late 2018 I started solving the problem of people on this community but since instant messaging was not a feature here; I joined several WhatsApp groups to give instant solutions to people regarding problems with any device including Networking, Phones, PCs etc.
In late 2019, I was appointed as a Samsung Members Brand Ambassador and my sole aim behind this was to help people on the community, since that day I have constantly strived to help people and gain as much knowledge as possible to make the process streamlined and efficient.
For 2020, I have pledged to give the best I can for the fellow members here, let us all make this community a better place.
Also in this I wasn't alone, since the very beginning I had help from fellow experts like TomandJerrymar (kawasakininjaons9 then), VocalForLocal (Halfhuman), SidhAbhi (now a fellow BA), GST26.
Later when I was a BA, Keshav and Dhruv supported a lot; looking for a great journey ahead.
