OthersI purchased a monitor less than a year ago, stated to have issues, reached out to Samsung, they told me to ship for repairs, I followed all instruction. Now they are telling me monitor screen arrived cracked when I shipped back it was fine. UPS boxed and shipped per instruction from Samsung, it started at the end of August 2021. now I'm getting the same answer every time I call, we are investigating, how long does it take?
