[Modes and Routines] Why not make it so the mode activates on both conditions?

I have the option when both conditions are met. Did you make the routine yourself or use a pre-made one?

You're using a routine. Mine is a mode. I guess that's the difference. Modes for some reason don't have that prerequisite
