On my s21, I have the volume settings set to "use volume keys for media"But then when I'm playing music or anything and leave the app the phone directly changes adjustment to "in call volume". It's been going on for a long time now, I talked with samsung and they don't have a solution. I updated to one UI 4.0 and that didn't solve anything. I really want this fixed as it's just a basic and important thing, to control the volume.
Do you have any kind off application installed that can automatically control the sound or mic if yes that could cause issue which can change the setting by itself
