M21 restart problem

I bought  Samsung m21 6 months back. Now I am facing issues as it's restarting  randomly even though auto restart  feature is off. Please suggest  some tips. #m21 #randomrestart

I went there but even without touching my mobile they simply said that we have to change the motherboard of my device and all Samsung m series and a series mobile phone having the same problem

Now the center says your motherboard need to be replaced as software update corrupted your device
No, other solution
**bleep** in one year my 16k is wasted and that too not my fault of software update
Good plans from Samsung to provide update, corrupt user mobile and ask for motherboard replacement

what a strategy  to earn money

I want samsung to get my mobile replaced or at least fix the restart problem for free as its there fault of update.
No one should by Samsung and if there is any problem directly throw that mobile Or samsung will start earning after that.

I am also facing the same issue ,previously it was working fine means after August I am facing this issue ,automatically freeze the screen then restart.
Samsung making everyone fool.

I bought Samsung m21 in may 2020
it was working good till last weak,. after that it starts automatic restart while operating.
I had visited customer care center for proper software update, they updated software twice but issue was not cleared then care representative said that motherboard need to replace, No, other solution.

this problem happening with many users of M21. Samsung should take care of it.

In one year my 15k was wasted, what is a strategy  to earn money! 

No one should buy Samsung.
