M21 restart problem

I bought  Samsung m21 6 months back. Now I am facing issues as it's restarting  randomly even though auto restart  feature is off. Please suggest  some tips. #m21 #randomrestart

Hello all , I have  Samsung M21-120 GB  bought in the month of March 2021. Now it is having restating issues.Services center has given the reasoning of water log for not serving the warranty in  replacement of Mother board damage and replacement .  I am product development engineer by Profession and knows bit of development and reliability testing things and certifications   .After going through lot of online threads  for the complaints of auto restarting of M21  it seems that this is the manufacturing defect which company wants  to transfer the blame for the water logging on the customer and providing deficient services. I am taking this to  consumer court please join me  if you are facing the same issues and for repair under warranty where Samsung services center is asking for payments for mother board replacement although it under warranty is valid.

I found a work around .  

1. remove SD card  

2. keep your phone always in power-saving mode  

3. sometimes connecting to charger also helps during booting stage  

4. if the phone is not switching ON/OFF => press  and hold both volume bottom button and power button  

phone still restarts  at times, but the frequency have gone down a lot.
if u only use one app at a time (in power saver mode) .. it rarely restarts.  

I think when there are a background apps or multiple apps running at the same time the system is not able to handle it.  

Samsung plz release fix asap, this is making us loose trust in the quality of your products.

Guys myself same issue like it auto restart I hate to use mobile now because of samsung.actually I owned ac , refrigerator and TV all are samsung .buy now I am thinking 🤔.dear samsung if one or two peoples got the issue means it because of misuse.but all are getting same issue .

Now I will recommend my friends not to buy samsung ever because of this issues faced .here lot of my friends are crying because of m21.but samsung didn't react still.i don't know why this kind of poor quality **bleep** updates and all

I also have same issue.  Bought M21 in July 2020. As if it was waiting for warranty to get over, the phone began restarting by itself, then the restarting went into a loop.  Tried Factory reset etc but no solution.  Now it is hanging after displaying the Samsung M21 logo, does not go further.  Samsung service centre says Mother board is to be replaced, costing Rs 7000+.  Dumped the phone.  It appears from the various complaints that this may be a flaw in the design of the mobile and Samsung should recall and replace the faulty phones.  

It is a shame that instead of owning up a faulty design Samsung is asking customers to replace mother board spending Rs 7000+ after spending Rs 14000/- for the mobile, in a years time.  Samsung has also not cared to respond to so many complaints and is keeping silent.  Hope atleast this evinces some response and we get some solution.

Friends even iam facing the same issue since the same time as yours
I think this problem would be resolved only after the new update to Android 12(dated may 22 for Samsung m21)

My Samsung m21 restarts continuously.what can I do. Most of the members facing same issue after software update. So, Samsung only need to fix this problem.

I had called many times to customer and also escalated to their superiors. After a battle for a 1.5 month, finally samsung replaced my M21 motherboard at their cost in Nov 2021. Phone does not hang or restart any more there after motherboard replacement. But it slowed down a little bit. I do scare for any update further and try to refrain updating immediately after release.

My phone too started restarting friends I bought it for my online class and for my personal use my parents saved 5 months to buy me this phone.

Now its restarting and I have done wipe cache partition and factory reset but nothing cures that problem.

It's kinda frustrating because I got exams next month and now for past few days I am not able to attend my online classes.

This restarting issue in my m21 started after the update.now I am feeling very sad my parents money went to waste without any mistake from our side.

I dont know how I am going to attend my online classes. This message too is typed with my friend's phone.

Samsung please resolve this issue I cannot afford for the motherboard replacement,I trusted this company for its quality and bought this phone over its rivals

I will not recommend my friends and anyone to buy samsung mobiles and good bye samsung you lost one loyal customer
