Low network in Samsung M21

Getting low signal in my new samsung M21 while the other phones are getting full signal. Found several posts regarding this issue but samsung has no headache to solve this. Really disappointing issue for a brand like this.

as of now do these settings
go to settings >general Management >reset>reset network and restart your device then check
meanwhile send feedback to Samsung by using "get help"section
