Samsung, the smartphone giant since many years of quality and innovative services with new technologies, custom features in Android OS and really feature rich smartphones, has been dominant in market and still they are.
They bring us the excellency of sAMOLED experience, customized user experience and so on. Even in later days, Google itself borrowed and implemented features in stock Android from Samsung (like we used split screen in Android 5xx in a Samsung device, and later it came with Android 7 as default.).

Nowadays, like every other companies they are in a “Rat Race” of daily look changes. Apple started to change some UI experiences to their users, and we saw iOS12 as well as the new MacOS to be full of bugs. Microsoft came with its new UWP and "Fluent design" throughout the new Windows OS, still not fully implemented though, but the OS, somewhere is more buggy. And yes, Samsung too. From the beginning, Samsung never made a phone with Stock Android, OK... This is not an issue. I like the UI experience in Samsung. But recently they have come up with all new One UI. They switched from Samsung Experience to OneUI with Android Pie upgrade. And all their corresponding apps are also updated/updating with the new makeover of that "One UI".

But, the point is, each company is after a rat race of bringing some new look, to bring customers, to hold customers,... Just like showing a eye-candy showcase. But forgot to develop quality app experience with less bugs. Like this app, Samsung Members, is full of bugs.
Like, many users was/is unable to find their recent comments (in their own Profile), just some days ago the Community section didn't work,
Today, again... I can't see any post but just one in the community section.
The companies should take a step towards development, real development to the app experiences, not just a useless makeover. We all know that the OneUI too, is full of bugs. But they all are running after a eye-washing makeover, which is, in my not so humble opinion, "Useless".

Yeah i agree, but not all customers expect this from a brand they look for something new in everything ,they wont worry abt the quality so inorder to satisfy them ,samsung is doing this.Every customer want fast security patch level updates but not with good new features.

That's an issue. And companies always wants to hold customers. But alongside, companies should care about the quality of an app/OS or, we can say, User Experience. With less/negligible bugs.

Obviously we all need fast (as possible, per month) security updates. Even Low budget phone makers provides security patches regularly... Only Samsung is an exception. They have bugs too, but less security holes. But, midrange Samsung devices ain't. A 20k phone should get regular security updates. And, obviously a better experience. Not these types of major bugs.
