Good morning guys my daughter locked herself out from her A35 and she can't remember the pin she created ,how do I help her unlock her phone ,help needed ASAP

If you created a Samsung account on her device, try unlocking remotely ( make sure the device is connected to wifi or it has Internetdata 😞
Go to Samsung Find My Mobile.
Log in with your Samsung account credentials.
Select your device from the list of registered devices.
Click Unlock and follow the instructions.
Verify your Samsung account credentials to confirm the action.

Or hard reset option:

Switch off the phone

Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously.Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears, and the phone will boot into Recovery Mode.3. Navigate the Recovery Menu:
Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to navigate.
Highlight the option Wipe Data/Factory Reset.Press the Power button to select it.4. Confirm Factory Reset:
Use the volume buttons to highlight Factory Data Reset and press the Power button to confirm.The reset process will begin, and all data will be erased.
5. Reboot the Device:
Once the reset is complete, the recovery menu will reappear.
Highlight Reboot System Now and press the Power button.
