J7 Prime Charging issue at 88% (Need solution)

I have J7 Prime. My mobile will charge upto 88% and 89% without any issue. After that it does not get charge. But it is connected to a charger. Any solutions plzzz reply me...

I also facing this problem but my phone takes appx 30 to 45 min to complete 100 % from 88% to 100%.

all j7 users have same problem not only you..but no take any step samsung....they a only see the problem on s8 and s7 are focus..what a bull shit company .

is it neccessary to enable ' auto update ' for getting update
