Inconsistent fonts across the UI

I have been facing this issue since long and now even after updating to the latest One UI 7, the issue is not resolved which I hoped to get resolved.

So the issue is that I loved the new default Samsung fonts (#1 image) since the time they were launched with One UI 6, but to my surprise the fonts are so inconsistent throughout the entire phone.

For example, you can see the fonts applied and are reflected in the settings panel. But if you look at the battery percentage in the pill, it is Roboto and not the default fonts. 

Also when I swipe down for the notification panel (#2 image), literally not a single character on display is in the selected font.

For apps like instagram and whatsapp also the default samsung fonts are not used instead it uses Roboto only. (#3 and #4 image)

It bothers me a lot since want to use the default fonts but cant get them consistently throughout. Pls help.
