Not criticism, just a fact where #samsung can improve in reliability, cause this issue had made them lose lots of customers who are really disappointed in buying the next Galaxy, includes me because recently after the one Ui 6.1 update I faced the green line issue, though I called Samsung nobody cared about what they can do to get it sorted out ? So if Samsung made durability + reliability things can go back to normal and people can buy the next galaxy with faith knowing it's a reliable product where trust is issued.

Below is my Note 20 Ultra and then is My S22 Ultra which faced the same issue exactly after one and a half years of each phones usage.
(Note the green line area's where Volte is located, and the dates )

I totally agree with you. My Note 20 Ultra currently has 4 lines and it's very sad that there is no solution other than a screen replacement. Firstly I think Samsung should acknowledge this problem rather than waiting for customers to complain. They should come out in the media and agree that this is an issue and give some guarantee saying that from here on out, no phone will have this issue, and if it does, they will do something about it. It's sad that no one acknowledges the issue. We need to start there.

That's what I am saying why didn't they take any action or do anything about it, might as well they will lose consumer's at the end because people want reliability and a warrenty period atless three to four years where they will replace it one time, but no all they have is excuse and it's all just business, people's money and hard earn is no value. Sad to see the tech giant that I used to love the most is becoming a huge disappointment. 😢

Last year, one of my friends had the same issue, and the service center replaced it for free.Additionally, I saw some articles mentioning that Samsung India did the same. (I can't guarantee the accuracy of this information.)

I tried several times this year, but I still have the call recordings, of they didn't care at all, and it seems like I have to pay, they said no free offers and that break free offer was over on April. I don't think 🤔
