Icon And App Name change

I would like for the new update of the one UI in the Samsung galaxy m21 to have the options to change app icons and to be able to rename them.this feature can be seen in one plus 2 which is cheaper than this phone.please provide the feature in the UI.

u can change app icon throughout icon pack, but i don't think u can rename them, yeah but suggestions is pretty cool,

go to galaxy theme and click on icon then u will find so many icon packs
