The icon you see pointed by the arrow. I enabled it long time ago but now I don't remember where is that setting. Some goodlock module or system setting. 

That option enables popup view for that particular notification. 

You guys are my only hope please help.

pop up view of the app that is when you click the that icon it the notification will be open in pop up view like chat over video aur smart pop up view

I know but is it default ? I think I enabled it myself. Now I need to disable it.

this is android 10 one ui 2.0 native not good lock earlier it was on the good lock not its inbuilt

go to notification settings on top you will see the suggested changes or some thing like that
