One of my friend made backup of all SMS messages on SD card on my request. The file is in CSV format. Now I want to merge the messages in CSV file with the messages already in my phone. Can any one help me how to do it ?

Go back up place and click on file and merge it
Only condition is that new version accept this back up
If not accept then impossible
