Yesterday I visited Samsung Official Store in Muscat. I physically checked ring size which was 10.

I want to lock my Quick Control when my screen is locked, but I can't find where to do it.

Thank you for your feedback and we want to assure you that it will be taken under consideration for further update in the meanwhile you may activate lockdown mode but it will still ask you  for the PIN

You can follow these steps for the lockdown mode : Lock screen and AOD >secure lock settings >show lockdown option
