How to delete this app?

Since i bougth my samsung a51 this app is already there but i can't open or delete it. Is this important?

Check ur notification panel. There showing configuration update click and download it 1st
After this app will working

It's some Of the bloatwares, you have to install by downloading that app and then only u will be able to Uninstall it..😇
