How to ask question and send feedback to Samsung

Hi Users,

I see many of you posting here, asking Samsung to provide features or include their device for 3 years OS update.

I am not sure whether anyone pass on your feedback to Samsung.

But you can do one more step in order to make sure your feedback goes to Samsung.

Ask question to samsung Customer Support.

Follow below steps:

1. Click on + icon on the home page of app.

2. Click on ask question. And send your question or feedback to the Samsung. They will inform concerned team about your feedback.

You can send error reports also by clicking error reports icon above to ask question.

Every customer support works on FAQ. So expect such replies for question they dont have in FAQ. 🤣🤣

Ask them again with question Please include A50s in the 3 years OS update list.

A black screen doesn't make you famous but I will talk anyway. If you keep talking, shame on you. I doubt you know everything. The fact is, there are different ways to do things. I get it. Yet it seems like you want some attention. Whatever, I forget you.
