How to Retrieve deleted files?

How can I retrieve a deleted voice recording file from my samsung s7 really need that file it got deleted accidentally:'( please help

Hi Redhair

Please note that you can only be able to retrieve your data if you had backed up your data

On your phone, please do the following:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Cloud and Accounts
4. Tap on Backup and Restore
5. Select Restore data
